You can ask for your Future Archi account to be deleted at any time, whether you use the website (futurearchi.academy) or the FutureArchi Android app: it is the same account.

How to request deletion

1. Write to us through our contact form, with your account’s email address and the subject “Account deletion”.
2. We confirm the request by email and may ask you to confirm it is you.
3. Your account and data are deleted within 30 days of that confirmation.

In the mobile app, ☰ menu > “Delete my account” opens this page.

What is deleted

Your user account (name, email address, login), your preferences, your course progress, your answers to exercises and quizzes, and the coaching messages and documents that concern only you.

What is kept

Invoices and order records are kept for the period required by law (10 years for accounting records under French law, Article L123-22 of the Commercial Code), then deleted. In a coaching engagement shared with other people from your firm, the exchanges stay available to them but are no longer linked to your account.
