Release AEC 2026: see you on Tuesday, 20 October?

Oct 16, 2026
Release AEC — an event dedicated to artificial intelligence in architecture

You hear about AI everywhere, but what actually works in an architecture practice? On Tuesday, 20 October 2026, let's meet at Release AEC in Paris to discuss practical applications.

In this update: Release AEC, the latest from SuperArchi, and the Système IA coaching programme, which seven practices have chosen to join.

Release AEC: AI in architectural practice

On Tuesday, 20 October, from 9 am to 10 pm, Release AEC takes place at the Cité des sciences et de l'industrie in Paris. A full day dedicated to AI for design, visualisation and project management.

What I like about this event is its format. Instead of conventional stands with brochures, there are live demonstrations throughout the day. You can watch the tools in action and ask questions directly to the people building them.

There will also be keynotes from architects integrating AI into their practices, alongside opportunities to meet professionals who want to use it in their day-to-day work.

Speakers include practices such as Henning Larsen, PCA-STREAM, KPF, Viguier, Arte Charpentier and ENIA. They will share how they have adopted AI, what has worked, what hasn't, and what they are planning for the coming months.

Last year, I met several large practices looking to understand this ongoing shift. This year, I want to see how their use of AI has evolved and which tools are finding a real place in their projects.

Admission is free for professionals, but registration must be approved by the organisers. Make sure you apply in advance.

I'll be presenting SuperArchi: AI for project and construction management

Last year, I was already presenting SuperArchi at Release AEC, when it was still in beta. The event played a big part in helping me launch the tool.

This year, SuperArchi has grown considerably. It's a workspace that simplifies project and construction management with AI. The idea is to reduce the administrative side of the job so you can spend more time designing.

In practice, SuperArchi helps you with:

  • structured meeting minutes, ready to share;
  • tender analysis;
  • construction scheduling;
  • and other time-consuming project management tasks.

It also brings your data together so AI has the context of your practice and your project.

How much time do you spend on administrative tasks each week at the expense of design? Many of the architects I meet say they no longer have enough time to truly focus on designing. That is the need I want SuperArchi to address: freeing up time for higher-value work.

Last year, I had a stand, but I spent most of the day walking around and meeting people. This year, I've decided to stay mobile: you'll find me around the event or attending the keynotes.

Look out for the SuperArchi T-shirt… It's being printed, so fingers crossed it arrives in time!

AI coaching: seven practices have chosen to build their own AI system

Two weeks ago, I launched Système IA, a three-month coaching programme organised into several stages.

The aim is to move from occasional, loosely structured AI use to a working system across the whole practice. A system that evolves and improves over time.

Why a system rather than just a training course? To make a difference across a practice, AI needs to understand your work, access relevant project data and know how you operate.

That is the challenge I'm addressing: moving beyond a situation where everyone chooses their own methods, shares data occasionally and manages their own prompts.

The goal is to set up AI that already knows the right methods, without needing to be reminded in every conversation. AI that can access project data and help you find information from your phone, your computer or another connected workstation.

Seven practices have trusted me to help them build their AI system over the next three months. They are based across France: Paris, Lyon, Limoges, northern France and central France.

What strikes me is how similar their needs are, regardless of the size or location of the practice: less administration, more time for the project.

👉 Interested in this programme? Get in touch. I still have a few places available.

See you on Tuesday!
